When you leave a rating, your coworkers only see the review — never your name or email. You control whether to show your title or stay fully anonymous.
We know who you are (for moderation)
We store your identity internally so we can handle abuse reports, takedown requests, and policy violations. We never share this with your employer.
Work email verification only
We use your work email to confirm your company. We don't scrape your contacts, access your inbox, or share your email with other users.
You can delete your data
You can remove your ratings and request account deletion at any time.
